Lean or Lavish - pick your chocolate fudge shake with variations

Chocolate Fudge Shake

2 c Cold 2% lowfat milk
1 pk (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Fudge Flavor Sugar-Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
2 c Crushed ice

Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. (Mixture will thicken as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.) Makes 4 cups or 4 servings.

OR - JUST GO FOR IT:

2 c. whole milk
1 pkg. Jell-O Chocolate Fudge Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
2 c. crushed ice

Follw the above directions and ENJOY!

This can be done with any flavored pudding mix!
