Default Wonton Soup

Hi,

I am looking for a wonton soup recipe that has a beef base. I am cooking chinese and I lost my recipe and it has been a while since I've made it. Any help would be great. Thank you!!!!

would this help at all:

Wonton Soup

1 pkg. (12oz.) Fresh Won Ton Wrappers

Soup
6 C. Won Ton Soup Stock
2 C. assorted vegetables (bok choy, mushrooms, bamboo shoots) chopped green onions for garnish

Filling
1/2 lb. ground meat (pork, beef or chicken)
1/2 C. chopped prawns
1/4 C. Water Chestnuts, chopped
1/4 C. Bamboo Shoots, chopped
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 t. salt
2 t. Soy Sauce or Sesame Oil

Combine filling ingredients. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of filling on a wrapper. Moisten edge with water and fold to form a triangle; press to seal. Overlap opposite corners and press firmly. Boil a pot of water; add won tons and return to a boil. Cook and stir for 1 minute then remove; rinse with cold water and drain. Boil soup stock in a large pot; add rinsed won tons; reduce temperature and simmer 3 minutes. Add vegetables and cook 2 more minutes.

Serve in individual bowls and garnish.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
