Firehouse Meatloaf

Firehouse Meatloaf

2 pounds of lean ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 Bell Pepper
1 brown onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 Eggs
1 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1 package Meatloaf Seasoning
1 cup Ketchup
1 9x11 cooking Pyrex dish

Preheat Oven to 375*
Dice onions, Bell Peppers, and Garlic
Grease cooking pan
Important: Save 1/2 cup ketchup for final touches!

Add all ingredients to Large mixing bowl and mix by hand. Shape into baking pan.
Bake for 45 min. to 1 hour. Remove from oven and spread last 1/2 cup ketchup over top of Meatloaf and Return to oven for 10-15 min more.
