Does anyone have the recipe of the Red Wine Vinegar Salad Dressing that they serve in the Grolsch green resealable beer bottles?

From the Uno's website, here are the ingredients and nutritional information for their Classic Vinaigrette. This should provide a start to create a copycat recipe:

INGREDIENTS: red wine vinegar, soybean oil, burgundy wine, water, sugar, garlic, salt, spices, xanthum gum.

I don't have P.U.'s recipe (at least I haven't found it yet - but I will keep looking) but I do have this one:

Makes 1 cup

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in jar. Cover tightly and shake until blended.
Store covered in refrigerator. Shake before serving.
