Cheese Bread Sticks

1 pkg. (10 oz) refrigerated pizza crust dough
1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese (1-1/2 oz)

Preheat oven to 425~F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8-inch thickness (about 12 by 8 inch rectangle). Spread with butter/margarine. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cut into 32 sticks (6 by 1/2 inch) Place on prepared cookie sheet.

Bake 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with Marinara sauce for dipping.


Note: You can use garlic powder sprinkled onto the butter before
adding the cheese. You can vary the taste sometimes by using a mixture of both the Parmesan and Romano cheese together.
