Grasshopper Bars
1 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 Cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2/3 Cup all-purpose flour
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 Tbsp. green creme de menthe
2 Tbsp. white creme de cacao
1 1/2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate

Heat oven to 350. Grease 8x8" square pan. Beat granulated sugar, 1/2 c.
butter, the vanilla and eggs in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium
speed, or stir with spoon, until smooth. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking
powder and salt. Spread in pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean;
cool 15 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients except chocolate; spread over
brownies. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Melt chocolate over low heat; spread evenly over powdered sugar mixture.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
For bars, cut into 5 rows by 5 rows, 25 bars.
