Tortellini Pizza Bake

Tortellini Pizza Bake

1 (19 oz) package frozen cheese tortellini
2 (15 oz each) cans pizza sauce
1 8 oz. pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (3.8 oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 c. shredded Italian-blend cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine frozen tortellini, pizza sauce, mushrooms and olives in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover.

Bake 40 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until tortellini is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.

Serves 4
