I have been looking all over the internet for this particular copycat recipe, and all I have found is someone saying it is made with 3 types of cheese. I can guess Monterey Jack from the name, but the rest is a mystery. I have several versions of your typical mac and cheese, I just would like this recipe, as it's the best I've ever tasted. I hope someone here can help me.
