Shake 'N' Bake Mexican Pork
Shake 'N' Bake Mexican Pork
6 to 8 boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 packet SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Coating Mix Original Pork
1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick ''N Chunky Salsa
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Moisten chops with water. Shake off excess.
Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix. Discard any remaining coating mix. Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Top chops with salsa and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes to heat salsa and melt cheese. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
