Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps
1 pound crab meat
juice of one lemon
2 tablespoon. melted real butter
1 tablespoon. Worcestershire
1 tablespoon. Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon. old bay seasoning
4 scallions thin sliced
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 to 1 cup bread crumbs
Parmesan Cheese
1 pound button mushrooms
All seasonings and sauces are to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 10 ingredients and fold together.
(reserve cheese for last 5 mins. of baking)
Remove stems from mushrooms and stuff caps with crab mixture. Bake at 400
for approx 20- 25 minutes or until sides of mushrooms give with slight
pressure.
Last 5 minutes of baking remove and top with Parmesan cheese, place back in
oven and bake just until melted and slightly browned.
Remove and serve with Cajun Remoulade if desired
Remoulade recipe:
1 1/2 cups heavy-duty mayonnaise
1/2 cup Creole mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup finely diced green onions
1/4 cup finely diced celery
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together.
