LuLu's Sweet Bread With Cream Cheese Spread


Bread
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons baking soda dissolved in 1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups chopped fruit
4 cups all purpose flour

Spread:
1 (8 oz.) block of cream cheese softened
1 (7 oz.) marshmallow creme




Mix all ingredients for bread with a mixer except flour. Once everything is
blended, add flour 1 cup at a time and blend well. Pour batter into 2 loaf
pans sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until
knife comes out clean.

To make the spread, mix ingredients together and spread on sliced bread.
Also a great dip for fresh fruit.
