Fried Chicken

2lb chicken breast

Breading:
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
3 Tps Paprika Powder
2 Tps Onion Powder
3 Tbs Salt
3 Tbs Black Pepper
Mix everything in a bowl together.

500ml Buttermilk
2 Eggs
Mix in bowl together.

put chicken breast in buttermilk and egg mix and let set for atleast 30 mintues.
take chicken out of buttermilk/egg mix and bread it.

then fry it in oil for about 10 minutes. enjoy.
