Hot Wings Easy Mexican Style

1 pkg. (2 1/2 lbs.) chicken drummettes and wings
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup salsa
1½ Tablespoons honey
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Place chicken in a large non-stick skillet.
Mix: remaining ingredients together
Pour over chicken to coat well.
Bring to a low simmer
Cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is done
Toss or turn chicken over occasionally.
Serve with blue cheese dressing

Blue Cheese Dressing

1½ cups Kraft mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 Tables. cider vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
Black pepper to taste
1 pkg. cheese...crumbled
Dash of Italian Seasoning

Combine: all ingredients together...EXCEPT Blue Cheese...blend well

Fold in Blue Cheese.....Chill ... serve when ready
