Honey Nugget Cookies

Honey Nugget Cookies

1 cup Shortening
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Honey
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 cups Flour
3 cups Oats
2 Eggs

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream shortening, sugar, honey, and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for10-12 minutes.
