Lemon Yogurt Drops

Lemon Yogurt Drops

1 pkg sugar cookie mix
1/2 c coconut
1/3 c lemon yogurt
2 c sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c lemon yogurt

Prepare cookie mix according to package directions. Stir in
coconut & 1/3 cup yogurt. Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart onto an ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake cookies according to package directions. Cool about 1 minute
before removing to wire rack. Cool thoroughly .In small mixing bowl beat powder
sugar & 1/4 cup yogurt till smooth. Frost cookies.

Makes about 36.
