Quick and Easy Crunchy Chicken

Quick and Easy Crunchy Chicken

Roll boneless, skinless chicken pieces (or your favorite pieces) in melted butter or margarine.

Dredge pieces in:

1-2c crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
crushed parsley
garlic salt

Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Turn pieces after 30 minutes
