Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, small dice
1 sm. portabella mushroom, small dice
1 red bell pepper, small dice
3/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
1 C seasoned bread crumbs
1 C chipotle sauce
1 tsp black pepper
slices of montery jack cheese (optional)

Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, and mix them thoroughly. Refrigerate mixture for thirty minutes. Remove from refrigerator and form into patties. Grill to desired doneness and top with cheese.
