A great big hearty welcome from Mississippi. You are gonna love it here. Everyone shares the best of the best. Its almost like sitting down with your best friend exchanging recipes (instead of idle gossip). You will find plenty of help from B-man, Aline & Swtness. And, although I don't know him personally, Mr. (Ron) Douglas must be a heck of a guy to host a site as awesome as this.

Also, I organize and host lots of church (food) related functions so I am always looking forward to some new ideas especially from a catering pro.
