Default Turkey Cranberry Pinwheel Loaf

Turkey-Cranberry Pinwheel Loaf
Ingredients:
1 (11oz.) Pillsbury Crusty French Loaf
Flour
Cranberry Honey Mustard (Beaver or Woeber’s Reserve)
OR
¼ cup honey mustard and ¼ cup jellied cranberry sauce (mix together)
½ pound Deli Roasted Turkey, sliced ½ inch thick
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
½ cup pecans, finely chopped or walnuts
½ cup green onions, chopped
½ cup Ocean Spray Craisins, chopped
2 tablespoons butter,melted ½ teaspoon ground sage
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable spray. Open the package of Pillsbury French Loaf and place it on a lightly floured surface. Unroll the loaf so that it is flat and shaped in a rectangle. Spread the whole loaf with the Cranberry Honey Mustard. Dice the Deli turkey and place in a small bowl. Add the next 4 ingredients and toss. Spread the turkey mixture over the French loaf that has been coated with the mustard. Carefully roll up into a loaf.
In a small bowl combine the melted butter with the sage. Brush the sage butter over the top of the rolled loaf. Place the loaf on the greased baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bread is golden. Remove from oven and place on a cutting board. Let cool. Slice into ½ inch thick slices and serve.
Serves 48.
