Default Cranberry Peach Cobbler

Cranberry Peach Cobbler


1 - 21 oz. can peach pie filling
1 - 16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 - 18 oz. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ cup butter or oleo
½ cup chopped pecans


Combine pie filling and cranberry sauce.
Spread in buttered 13x9x2 Pyrex dish and set aside.
Combine cake mix, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Cut in oleo to crumbly stage.
Stir in pecans.
Sprinkle cake mix evenly over fruit mixture.
Bake 350º for 45 minutes until brown & bubbly.


this is so good my aunt gave the recipe and i made it before the hoildays ,just to be sure it was good ,well everyone that tasted it wanted the recipe...so we have a new dish !!!

Default Cranberry Peach Cobbler

Here's my recipe:

Cranberry Peach Cobbler

1 can (21 oz.) peach pie filling
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (no Pudding)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Vanilla Ice Cream (Optional)

Combine pie filling and cranberry sauce; spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Set aside.

Combine cake mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F., for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve warm, with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
