BOSTON MARKET CREAMED SPINACH
Ingredients:
1 can cream of celery soup
1 T. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. garlic salt, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
1 T. dry chopped onion or 1 small onion diced
In a saucepan on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk
the soup, butter or margarine, garlic salt and salt and pepper
to taste, until smooth and piping hot. Combine it immediately with
frozen chopped spinach, cooked until tender and well drained, plus
chopped onion or onion.
Serves 4.
Refrigerate any leftovers to use in a few days
