kW's Lemon Pepper Chicken

I made the chicken for a church potluck supper and then used the same seasoning for fish tonight's supper. My family loved it. If you like baked chicken or fish, give this a try. Its well worth your time (which is minimal) and easy to prepare. Good one KW.

KW's Lemon Chicken/Fish Recipe

Even my picky son loved it. Wasn't sure where he had it before (Applebee's, Olive Garden, Barnhill's Country Buffet, etc.) but it was comparable, if not downright better. I did broil it for a minute or two to crisp up the outside. Delicious!!!
