Default Chicken Breasts with Tarragon
Aline's recipe in the International recipes forum under French cooking for Chicken Breasts with Tarragon is excellent!

French Cuisine

I made one small change ( I love garlic ), I added one minced clove of carmalized garlic to the recipe.

Glad you enjoyed it. I made this dish about 4 days ago and hubby really liked it. We also like garlic, so I will have to try adding it next time.
