Chesy Baked Salsa Chicken

When I saw this recipe by nebulized in the recipe exchange i knew i had to try it as my husband and I both like Mexican food. Had it for dinner tonight and it was easy to prepare and delicious. Thanks for the recipe its definately a keeper. Served with rice ,refried beans topped with cheese and tortilla chips.

I made this for dinner last night and it is fabulous!! DH loved it. I was sceptical at first....I don't care for spicy foods, nor do I particularly like salsa.
Once I started eating this, I was yumming out loud with each bite. Planning on making it again in another week or so, but this time cubing up the cchicken and cooking it in the sauce, making it into enchilladas and topping with additional sauce and cheese....my stomach is grumbling typing about this recipe. It is definitely a keeper.
