Tried your teriyaki marinade b-man which was very good (the recipe that stated 24-28 hours). It gave great flavour.

I also tried my own recipe post "roasted garlic and balsamic marinade". We didn't like it LOL.

We didn't like the flavour that the sherry gave. We found the teriyaki marinade more flavourful.

Thanks Aline....I'm sure your version would be more palitable with the introduction of "marinade shooters" prior to meal time LOL
