Honey- Mustard Roasted Chicken

Had kitchen Witch's Honey Mustard Roasted Chicken for dinner tonight. It has chicken , potatoes, and carrots, and I added some sliced onions , roasted and then finished up with a nice honey mustard coating. Thanks Witch for another great recipe. I'm going to try it again using pork chops. This one is definately a keeper!
