Cranberry Pork Roast

Made the Cranberry Pork Roast in the crockpot section submitted by MTMom53 and it was delicious. I had made a similar recipe before using the cranberry sauce and dry onion soup but loved the fresh onions and jam, I used peach instead of apricot, served the sauce over the sliced pork and over rice. Hubby is taking leftover pork to heat up and put on a bun for lunch tomorrow.
