Aline's Meatball Sandwich

Aline dear these were grand!

We used mushrooms and some of the red bell peppers we had roasted and frozen in vacumm sealed bags to the mix and we are sitting here grinning after having these for super tonite, these were so good!

Glad you enjoyed it! I just made the recipe again a couple days ago and served the leftovers the next day with spaghetti (spaghetti and meatballs).

Took a crockpot of these into work for the Holiday party yesterday, had dinner rolls for the bread. Great hit! Thanks again Aline!
