Thumbs up an RSN dinner!

Yesterday we went to a friends house for what she called "an RSN dinner".

Some of us still do not eat meat on Fridays so all we were told was that dinner would definitely be fish - but from RSN (she sneaks in as a guest and steals! LOL)

We enjoyed Salmon ala King posted by swtness (Ingredient Thread - Salmon Recipes) substituting homemade spinach noodles (a recipe my friend stole from me) for store bought.

She also prepared the Baked Dijon Salmon which was posted by im4michigan - making no change to the recipe (Ingredient Thread - Salmon Recipes).

Both dishes were great! We also had a large salad of greens with our choice of dressing and fresh, hot rolls from the oven.

For dessert we had Egg Custard Pie - a recipe from patm099 - once again - Ingredient Thread - Pies.

Thank you to swtness, im4michigan and patm099 for dinner last night!! And of course - a special thank you to Barb who is too chicken to join the site but cooked a great meal!!!

Default Re: an RSN dinner!

btw - I took over rhodry69's Decadent Chocolate Brownie Pie - posted in Recipe Exchange under the "grab a box of pudding mix" thread.

I made homemade brownies with walnuts in them and they were served with chocolate syrup drizzled on top, whipped cream and chopped walnuts on top!

That was a BIG hit!!!! Thanx Rho!
