EASY APPLE PIE

3 tablespoons margarine
1 cup sugar
3 - 4 large eggs

Beat above together
Add 1 cup flour - beat
Add 1 teaspoon baking owder to 1/4 cup milk - add and beat
Pour into dish
Press apple pieces into dough
Bake for 30 - 40 min at 180 degrees

Make sauce

1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup milk

Boil above together
When boiled take off plate and add 1 teaspoon caramel essence
Pour over baked pie

Enjoy!

Hi Sandra,

This recipe says to bake it at 180 degrees. Is this correct? The recipe does sound easy and yummy and I'd like to try it. When you have a minute, please clarify. 180 degrees seems too low??? Many thanks.
