I'm new here and not sure if this is were to place a recipe, forgive me if it's not.

12oz to 16oz Frozen T-Bone or Rib Eye steaks

Take frozen steaks and place on tray, cover them with the Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle each one lightly with soy sauce. Next, sprinkle the rest of the ingredients in order over all steaks. Turn steaks over and repeat on this side. Let steaks marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then grill to desired doneness.
(Very important for steaks to be frozen.)

Soy Sauce
Meat Tenderizer
Steak seasoning
Adobe
Garlic Salt
Pepper

Comments: This makes a great side dish! They are great served along side steak! You can also try this with fresh mushrooms, but you may wish to blanch them before cooking to keep a nicer color, and shape.
