cappacola is an Italian spiced ham - usually found in the deli section of your supermarket - a bit on the spicy side - but oh so good!!!

I use it in sandwiches and salads; fried or plain and makes an excellent sub/hoagie/sandwich when combined with hard or genoe salami, hot ham, provolone or mozzarella cheese.

I hope you get to try it sometime - and let me know if you like it!

Default cappacola

Thank you again for the info. I'm really going to have to check for these items at the deli. They sound great and I'm so ready for some change, I love spicy!
