Baked Lemon Pepper Striped Bass

Dinner tonight is baked lemon pepper striped bass, twice baked potatoes, KFC style coleslaw, baked butternut squash and black forest cheesecake.

This menu was inspired by my son's love of lemon pepper fish and Kitchen Witch's lemon pepper fish/chicken recipe(s). Thanks again KW.
