cedar planked salmon

well actuallly steelhead
hubby caught two beautiful steelhead

salmon filets
Johnny's seasoning salt
brown sugar

soak cedar or alder plank for 1 hour
place salmon filets skin side down
season with seasoning salt
sprinkle liberally w/ brown sugar
put planked salmon on grill
reduce heat to medium
grill for approx 20 minites or until done'
