Easy BBQ Chicken
Tonight, I am fixing bbq chicken, potato wedges, corn and peas. Dessert is sliced, fresh strawberries with Bryers double churned vanilla ice cream.
Place 4 chicken breasts in pan. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 cups ketchup and 3 teaspoons of worchester sauce. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes (until juices run clear).
For potatoes - 4 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed and quarterd. Then I put them in an oven safe dish, drizzle olive oil over them, toss to coat and then sprinkle with a little garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then I put them in the oven with the chicken. When the chicken is done, I remove it from the oven and put the oven on broil to brown the potatoes.
