Wink Fridays Fish & Chips

as it is very hot here today tonights dinner will be all cooked in the m/wave.
in plastic m/wave safe bags.
FISH AND CHIPS MY WAY..

Put in plastic bag 6/8 Dory fillets
juice lge lemon, chopped 1/4 cup green from spring onions about,
1/2 tablespoon butter, sea salt/pepper grinds.
Cook in m/wave 10/15 minutes or till fish is cooked to your liking.
Remove from bag and keep warm on plates, pour lemony/butter juice into jug
add teaspoon of cornflour mixed with 1 tspn water or lemon juice and pot on m/wave 1/2 minute and use as sauce for fish.

The Potato's, I like to use small tats as they taste better and all you have to do is wash and cut in half put in plastic bag with 3 or 4 rindless chopped bacon rashers, sea salt and pepper grinds, not too much salt as its bad for your heart. Microwave till taters are just tender serve hot from microwave garnished with finely chopped spring onion & grated cheese.

Serve with a green salad, I never add tomato to my salads as it become to soggy, I do wedges of tomato with finely diced gerhkin, onion, with a sprinkle of shaved parmasan.

As my boys love celery I wash and finley dice 8 or 10 stalks, with finley diced onion, (spring onions about 3 or 4 depending on size) then all I do is add enough Caesar salad dressing to coat salad. YUMMmm

Desert is fresh mango with icecream.

Well I hope you enjoy our fish and chips as much we do.
