just added to leftovers
With leftover macaroni and potato salad from yesterday, and it looking so bright and sunny with the temps slowly moving up - maybe a nice indoor picnic-type meal would do well today. So added to the salads will be grilled panini (you know how much I enjoy panini!)
Hoagie rolls - sliced deli ham, hard salami, sandwich pepperoni, banana peppers, provolone, tomatoes, and onions, with my dipping sauce (in the recipe exchange) slathered on the crown of the roll; grilled on good ol' George (Forman).
Added one salad: pepperoncini, banana pepper rings, sliced celery, green and ripe olives with my dipping sauce as a dressing.
Strawberry-banana jelly with sliced fresh strawberries and bananas with whipped cream on top and a pitcher of ice tea!
