lazy quick dish for lunch

No time and in a hurry -

Cooked shell-shaped macaroni in salted, boiling water; drain; using the same pan, added about 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk and 8 oz. velveeta cheese; stirring constantly to melt. Return shells to pan, added diced ham and heated through.

One pan and few dishes with this lunch!!!!
