Default Pork Chops and Gravy

I made the pork chops and gravy posted a while back by Aliene, served with rice , green peas cooked with onions,, sliced tomatoes and crescent rolls. Thanks for the recipe Aliene , very quick, tasty and used ingredients I always have on hand! I tried the new microwave rice in the bag and it was pretty good. It is worth keeping on hand for when you are in a hurry.

Pork Chops with Gravy
pork chops 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 c. orange juice
Brown chops in a skillet. Mix together dry soup mix and juice pour over chops bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

You're welcome. This is also good served with scalloped potatoes with lots of onions in it!
