Another meatless Friday - and it's too darn hot to deep fry or oven bake fish. Looks like its crockpot beans and barley and grilled cheese sandwiches!

Kidney beans, cannellini beans, barley, chicken broth, parsley and pepper - cook on HIGH until done. Grilled cheese: Italian bread slices, provolone and mozzarella, and instead of butter or margarine - I use Italian dressing on both sides of the bread. Using George Forman and the sandwiches are done in noe time!
