it's Thursday in an Italian household - whatcan I say?

Typical Thursday - pasta night. But with this heat - the meat sauce was on early this morning for spaghetti, salad and crusty Italian bread for lunch! We ate the big meal early.

Then for dinner - skillet fried chicken breasts with fried potatoes and onions; and I made "gravy" (cheated this time) out of cream of chicken soup!

And plenty of iced tea!!
