just to cool off today

Today I decided to do something my mom used to do when I was a kid -

Freeze fruit cocktail in 5 oz. Dixie cups (bathroom size) and when half frozen place popsicle sticks in.

Also - I froze chocolate and vanilla pudding, swirled together.

The heat index is well over 100 so cold goodies are really needed!

I had forgotten about the frozen fruit cocktail, what a good idea, and I didn't know you could freeze pudding

Pudding is very good frozen - and you can even stir in chocolate morsels or nuts or chocolate covered raisins......................................

I absolutely LOVE chocolate covered pretzels - milk chocolate or white chocolate! Stick a big ol' pretzel rod in that cup instead of a popsicle stick!
