Today is lemon pepper haddock - done in the oven - fresh squeezed lemon juice, grated lemon rind, minced garlic, cracked black pepper, kosher salt, fresh minced parsley.

Yukon golds scrubbed and wedged, sprinkled with olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley and baked until done.

Macaroni salad from yesterday.

Basic coleslaw - cabbage, carrot, purple cabbage, onion, sugar, vinegar, mayo.

Iced tea.

Ice cream parfaits - crushed chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip ice cream, chocolate syrup, layered in parfait glass, topped with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry OR crushed lorna doone's orange sherbet, strawberries in syrup, layered in parfait glasses, topped with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry.
