cheating today - meals in no time!

I like to make big batches of meatballs and keep them in the freezer for quickie meals. Just basic ones to do anything I want with.

Today I will take some out of the freezer and make a sauce from sour cream and cream of mushroom soup; mashed potatoes with sour cream in them; steam baby carrots and broccoli; steamed rye rolls with butter.

Dessert's in the freezer - ice cream and sherbet - toppings are in the fridge - and there are nuts, whipped cream and cherries - D.I.Y. (do it yourself) dessert.


Lunch - egg salad (eggs, chopped sweet pickles, chipped carrot, mayo) sandwiches with sliced onion on toasted egg rolls with Swiss cheese and lettuce.
