beef stew - crockpot

Pulled a frozen steak out of the freezer; cut up (I had no stew meat! and glad I have a knife that will cut through anything!) so I browned in a bit of olive oil; transferred to crockpot with sliced onion, carrot chunks, potato chunks, sliced celery, fresh diced tomatoes, kosher salt, cracked black pepper, fresh minced garlic, fresh minced parsley and a bit of beef bouillon, some tomato juice - frozen peas and whole kernel corn will be added later.
