sausage soup

Sausage soup - polish sausage links, chunked, diced onion, sliced celery, chunked carrot, cold water, bring to simmer and skim; add salt, cracked black pepper, fresh minced parsley, chicken bouillon, chunked potatoes, cabbage; when just about done, add frozen peas.

Served with homemade bread.
