Fiesta Chicken

4 chicken breast, skinned and boneless 1/2 c. sour cream 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning 1 c. chedder cheese cracker crumbs
Coat chicken with sour cream. Combine crumbs and seasonings. Dredge chicken in crumbs. Place in greased baking dish. Spray top of chicken with butter cooking spray or drizzle with a little melted butter. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
I mixed up equal parts sour cream and salsa and serves with chicken for those who wanted something to dip it in.
Added baked beans, cole slaw ,mixed melons and strawberry cream pie for dessert.
