Ground round, kosher salt (just a tad), cracked black pepper, fresh minced parsley, minced garlic, eggs, dry bread crumbs, a bit of instant beef bouillon, formed into thick patties, fried in olive oil and more garlic, baby bella mushrooms and sliced onions. Gravy made from beef bouillon, flour, water, pan drippings.

Served with mashed potatoes, steamed mixed veggies, rye rolls and butter.

Chocolate pudding topped with whipped cream and chopped walnuts.
