Italian sausage

Easy dinner tonight - homemade Italian sausage fried with onions, red and green bell peppers, served on crusty Italian rolls (open-face) and topped with marinara sauce and a blend of grated provolone and mozzarella cheese - slide into the broiler for just a bit to melt the cheese.

Green salad, leaf lettuce, romaine, tomatoes, purple onions, olive oil/wine vinegar vinaigrette.
