quick noodles and beef

Not much time for cooking today so it was noodles in meat sauce with roasted garlic bread: Roasted garlic puree: Whole heads of garlic roasted, mixed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and seasonings spread on French bread; topped with fontina cheese.

Tomatoes, cukes, ripe olives and pepperoncini salad with olive oil viniagrette.
